No final exams: how BTEC assessment works

BTEC units are assessed through practical assignments and projects — the same kind of work you will do on the job. Each unit is internally verified at the college and externally examined by Pearson.

If a first submission doesn't pass, you get one resubmission (capped at Pass), and each unit can be repeated once. A full student assessment guide will be published before teaching begins.
