What is BTEC?
BTEC Higher Nationals are career-focused British qualifications at Levels 4 (HNC) and 5 (HND) — equivalent to the first two years of a university degree. They are assessed through practical assignments, not final exams, and are recognized by Jordan's Ministry of Education as equivalent to the intermediate diploma. More than 3,000 students in Jordan already study toward an HNC or HND.
Your route: from college to degree or career

Year 1 — Level 4 units
Foundations plus a Pearson-set project. No exit award — you continue to Year 2.

Specialist pathway plus a Pearson-set research project.

Graduate — Pearson BTEC Level 5 HND
240 RQF credits, recognized as equivalent to the Jordanian intermediate diploma.
